It's a Zoo Day!!

My brother Paul was in town and my sister Celia decided to use her Zoo pass. It was Kayda's first trip to the zoo. We saw all kinds of animals. Griffin enjoyed all of the stuff that could be played on. After a couple of hours we were worn out. Kayda didn't even make it-she fell asleep before we left. Look at these pictures- which do you think are the REAL ANIMALS??

Watering the Grass

Happy Half-Year to Kayda! Today is her six month mark. Kayda has been such a fun kid to have around. She has been learning new tricks (even trying to crawl). I think she needs a new friend besides her dog, Bella. Kayda likes to growl, get on all fours, and lick. Kayda's new favorite sound is clicking her tongue in her mouth. That is actually how I could her to smile for these pictures. We are excited to see our little girl continue to grow up. Happy 1/2 Kayda!!

Last Picture on the Roll

I love this picture! I don't know why. Maybe because- you know when you take a picture of yourself?- it looks like that. I don't know how many times I have taken pictures of myself, with or without other people, just to finish the roll of film. Plus isn't she cute?

My"Cute Little Husband"

One day I was talking to my nieces, Stacey and Holly. Somehow we got on the subject of how people were related. I asked"So what is Jaden?" (meaning in relation to me). Stacey answered "He's a monster." I could see that Holly was thinking something and then said," No! He is your cute, little husband." That he is! Jaden has been a wonderful worker, friend, dad and of course husband. And did I mention that he is cute?

This is why it is called a flower BED

This is still our favorite picture of Kayda. It was taken on Temple Square. Kayda is the cutest little sleeper. My favorite is her humming while she sleeps. She is finally too big for the bassinet and now sleeping in her crib. I sure miss her humming me to sleep.
